They brought their first cigarette smoked, she felt bad because his mission was to teach care of him. Markfelt like a father of 11 years caring for her brother taught him to play football, cycling, warned of the dangers of drugs and protectthe largest and most aggressive in school. And before his parents divorced two years ago, protecting him from his father who drank and beat them.

Mark took a cigarette and a lighter from his pocket. Riky asked if that sick and told him that if a lot of smoke if swallowed. Markhoped that the small to feel ba and I would not do it again. He said look at him and gave him a puff before passing it. Riky gave him another and said it was fun, but Mark said he was too youngto do so.

Mark has always been more mature. With 7 years with a batgiven to his father when he was beating his mother. And when I was 8 convinced his mother to divorce.

C. Choose one topic and write a paragraph. Your paragraph should be at least 60 words long.

1. Explain how Mark’s early childhood experiences influenced his behaviour throughout the story.

I think the most important thing is that Mark is the older brother of his family: he convinced his mother to ask divorce and feels responsible for his family and leads him to think about his family thing because it is considered responsible for them. nor forget the movie he saw in which he killed the Lord while he was in the witness protection program because the thinks that it is going to happen again.

2. Do you agree or disagree with Mark and Dianne’s doubts about the Federal Witness Protection Programme? Explain your answer.

I share his doubts that it would be very difficult to start again somewhere else without your family, or friends, in poor conditions and without working mother and worried about whether the mafia found and killed. I would have as many questions as they or more and ask many times by the security which would have. And I having the problem would do the same that have made them.

3. Using examples from the story, explain why Mark and Reggie were very sad when they said goodbye to each other.

In the first place because when he arrives at his Office believes him; It is not him as a child, but that requests it money for their work, albeit very little. It provides all the help that can and respects and shares his concerns. At the end of the story the calls by telephone when he escapes and she not scolds him, but she helps you taking him to New Orleans and putting in danger herself.

1. Explain how Mark’s early childhood experiences influenced his behaviour throughout the story.

Mark lived a very hard child. He witnessed his father as was wronging his mother, and when he hit also defended her. I think that is why Mark is so suspicious, and that character is so hard to hide their fears and feelings. But it's so fighter does everything for his mother and his brother to be happy and live well.
